The Higonokami is a traditional and highly functional knife, originally designed for everyday use.
In this interpretation, Goran preserves the classic silhouette while introducing a modern liner lock and top flipper deployment. The result is a refined balance of heritage and innovation — maintaining simplicity, practicality, and efficiency in a more contemporary form.

About Designer

Goran Mihajlovic, born in Serbia, has spent over 25 years living in the Amazon, based at the Tanimboca Natural Reserve. He is a skilled bladesmith, knife designer, and wilderness expert, with extensive knowledge of rainforest survival.
In addition to his work in knife making, Goran serves as a field production manager, supporting national and international film crews with logistics and location management in remote jungle environments.
